This pump has been rebuilt to factory standards by technicians here at Great Lakes Vacuum, LLC, and is ready to hookup and run.  It is shipped fully tested with a full charge of GLV V-Lube F vacuum pump oil.

Details: This remanufactured pump has been completely disassembled, inspected, caustic hot tank cleaned and rebuilt with all new gaskets, o-rings, seals, sight glass, pump bearings, motor bearings, vee belts, zytel clappers and standard springs, valve seat grind, freeze plugs OEM solenoid valve with coil, check valves, motor to solenoid valve wiring in seal tight, V-Lube F oil and other miscellaneous parts and fittings. The pump housing has NOT been damaged due to freezing.  Any parts found to have been out of tolerance from the OEM specifications have been replaced. There are no repaired or non-OEM size parts used.  The pump has been tested, helium leak checked, painted and labeled.  The appearance and performance of this pump are indistinguishable from new.

Warranty: Remanufactured pumps are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of shipment, provided that the pump is used in accordance with the instructions and preventive maintenance requirements as stated in the OEM manual.  Shipping costs are not covered by the warranty.

Shipping: Shipping weight for this item is 2200lbs, class 85. This item is mounted to a sturdy skid and is available for pick-up by the customer or common carrier of your choice. Local delivery is also available depending on location. This pump will ship worldwide!
